The Intex iRist Junior has been priced at Rs. 3,999 while the iRist Pro's pricing will be revealed closer to its release date.
Intex claims the iRist Junior is the first IoT (Internet of Things) based wearable device from Indian brand and is powered by the MediaTek (MT6261). It comes with GPS connectivity that will help parents keep a track of their children. The smartwatch targeted at kids features a 0.96-inch TFT display and weighs 48.5 grams. It is IP65 certified which means it is water and dust resistant, and is compatible with Android and iOS devices. The device packs a 580mAh battery.
The Intex iRist Pro, on the other hand, is powered by a MediaTek (MT2502) processor and offers features such as water resistance and Bluetooth 4.0. The iRist Pro will be also compatible with Android devices running 4.4 KitKat and above. The new iRist Pro looks like to be the successor to the company's first smartwatch - the Intex iRist smartwatch.
