Airtel Night Store launched with unlimited prepaid voice and data packs

Airtel has launched Night Store for its prepaid subscribers. The Night Store includes various unlimited voice and data night packs between the price ranges of Rs. 7 to Rs. 49. All the packs in the Airtel Night Store are valid between 12 midnight and 6AM.

The Airtel Night Store includes packs at Rs. 7, which offers unlimited local Airtel to Airtel calling; Rs. 8 pack offers unlimited 2G data; Rs. 15 pack is a data and calling combo pack, which offers unlimited 2G data and Airtel to Airtel calling.

Other packs in the Night Store include Rs. 29, which offers up to 500MB of 3G data; Rs. 49 pack offers 1GB of 3G data.

For its prepaid users, Airtel is offering unlimited Facebook usage during night with no pack required, in its 2G and 3G circles.

Airtel also notes that the Rs. 9 pack in the Night Store is only available in some circles - namely Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, UP (East), Kolkata, Haryana, Kerala, Punjab, and Odisha.

In addition, the Rs. 29 and Rs. 49 packs are only available in these circles - Himachal Pradesh, Delhi, Chennai, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Mumbai, Tamil Nadu, UP (West), J&K, West Bengal, Bihar, Rajasthan, North East, and Assam.

To avail the Night Store offers, an Airtel prepaid subscriber has to dial *129#, call at 129 or even log to Airtel's online site.

Recently, Airtel increased mobile services rates of both Internet and calls under certain schemes, giving an indication of next round of tariff hikes in the industry.

Airtel moved benefits of reducing calls under mobile recharge of Rs. 38 to Rs. 48. Other major operators Vodafone and Idea Cellular have reduced validity of voucher from 30 days to 24 days.

Earlier, Airtel claimed to open 100 retail outlets in the country in the last 14 months, outlets which are owned and operated by it.
