According to a report by WM Poweruser, Microsoft is rolling out an update for the Lumia 1520, Lumia 1320, Lumia 930, Lumia 920, Lumia 925, Lumia 830, and Lumia 625 smartphones. After receiving the OTA update, smartphone users will get another mobile data setting for 4G, apart from 2G (GSM) and 3G (WCDMA) settings that existed already.
The report however claims that the due to hardware limitation, these handsets will only support FDD-LTE (1800 MHz) band and not TDD-LTE (2300MHz) that's used by Airtel for its 4G network. The update doesn't seem to bring any other new features.
