The handset maker had informed users with these handsets would face network connectivity issues, in fact - not be able to connect to networks at all. The company added it owes affected customers a 'big apology', and that it was working around the clock with Flipkart, its exclusive retail partner in India, to resolve the issue. Motorola said impacted customers had already been sent an email informing them what to do to get their phones working.
It's worth noting that not many handset makers have had as successful a return to the Indian smartphone market as Motorola.
