Xiaomi has the worst after sale service, they don't have spares available in India and never lift landline, they use from themselves but not for customer support. The service center or customercare is not at all responsive, no one bothers to take responsibility for the delay or any happen. Worst...Poor.....My Advice if any problem comes don't go to service centers..... Pramod

the phone has next Sensor specifications includes Fingerprint Scanner,Electronic compass,Accelerometer,Light sensor,Gyroscope,Infrared, Hall sensor,Proximity sensor, check the information before write. LOL

my phone mi note 3 is hanging many times in a single day..finger print sensor is not working some times....so what can i do now..??

Sir Maine redmi Note 3 32GB kab phone khrida... which I used 4 months and 20 days only and my phone got hanged.. and after that I visited service centre two times which is so far from my area (i... e... 140km). And now also mine phone is in service centre they are not replying anything only saying wait wait wait wait wait wait your phone will be get OK... Our team is working even our special force r working. I made investment of rupees 11999.. . And what I got nothing nor a good service or nor a product.. I am not blaming on the product that MI redmi note 3 is not good.. It's best phone in India. . And no any another phone or product can replace MI.... But with me prblm is that I m not getting a better service.. Which I hope before that I wl get I m not happy with this product. Mine phone is in care they r not working.. Only saying wait wait our special force will call u.. Mine parents r barking on me.. They r saying that why u buyed this product... Product that i have, has a manufacturing Defect. It does not charge. charger provided with that phone is also of very cheap quality. I received this phone on 21 june 2016 and within next 15days i started getting one or the other problems. Once the battery is drained completely phone does not start for a day or 2. I kept my phone for charging for 7hrs and it is charged only 30%. sometimes Volume gets disabled. -Phone as well as Charger gets EXTREMELY Heated while charging. -Audio Jack Issue. When checked with one of the Service Center they said Board is Damaged & they don't have any parts available, so this will take 20-25 days to get Repaired. -Now my Phone is all Dead it do not Start or Charge. Service Center Employees are very Rude & Pathetic Customer Service. Whenever I call your Customer Service number mentioned on Website comes Busy and gets disconnected. I paid 10000 bucks for the piece of shit. within 15days phone started creating issues & for almost a month i got no support from Amazon or Xiaomi guys. I am not happy with your Services at all. Don't buy this phone.

I have 32 GB Redmi Note 3. Big issue- Auto rotate does not function properly. GPS is not 100% correct. It has failed GPS test. After MIUI update to 8 still Screen rotation isse persist. Camera very good, Video even better. Please upgrade to Marshmallow as Nought have come. Please move fast XIAOMI to beat others.

In bad column u r writing that Expandable storage limited to 32GB and in hardware column u r writing expandable upto 128GB.check before you write MAN!

Hi, I have ordered Redmi note3. I have seen some where the phone works either single sim and sd card (or) dual sim but we cannot put external memory.Let me know if any one have used this mobile.

WIth this Redmi Note 3 mobile, Mazor issue is my 4g sim not showing in both slots of sim. No networks in both slots. I checked that sims in other phones but working properly. I also checked the other phone sim to the red I but no network. This is a prime need and without the sim acceptation or network this phone is a total waste of money. In this phone you can run only one combination either 1 sim+ 1 sim or 1 sim+ 1 memory card up to 32 gb. It means you can't run both sims and memory card at a time.

When I first recieved the phone I was blown away by the build quality. The phone is simply beautiful and looks sophisticated in the hand. Mine is 32gb gold version. Thankfully the edges are rounded but the phone is a bit heavy. Coming to the display, it's one of the best. The colors are vivid and images are sharp. The touch is response is smooth and fast and the phone overall is extremely smooth and fast. But the software is causing some troubles. Within 4 days of use the phone has already rebooted itself 3 times. The fingerprint sensor will sometimes seize to work. The notification sound will play even when you inside an application. The call volume sometimes cannot be adjusted while you are on a call. With all these you do feel why people pay extra for samsung or apple.

Even after two months, I can't get one. I don't care even if they put up a 64 GB variant...I am done with Xiaomi devices. I ain't going to compete with millions just to get one of this. It's my money...If-I-want-it, I-pay-it, I-get-it or no go. The phone won't last me a lifetime, I can buy better ones from different/newer brands as and when my current phone dies. Plenty of fish in the ocean. Really got me mad...Xiaomi playing with our feelings with their childish marketing.

Heating then screen glass get BREAK and hanging problems. Don't purchase or think before purchase.. -I Internet Usage only for whatsapp, facebook & gmail only for sometime, not continually. -I always Keep internet off while its not in use. -I not done any Heavy or light downloading. -I have not load or run any small or Large sized games. -I also Clear background applications. -I never use phone while charging. -I only Use a standard charger as received with handset I have facing the problem in Xiaomi Redmi Note3 (Dark Grey, 32GB) handset as extremely heated and hang at just 2g network single sim using. I have done three times factory reset but same problem again & again??? now today 19.05.2016 during charging its get high heat up & phone?s screen glass get BREAK. I am not satisfied with this phone?s performance & I want to return & refund my money. but AMAZON & XIAOMI not agree. I plan to raise the compliant in consumer forum. my father used this phone after 7 years i got it from my father as hegot redmi 10. i played freefire max at highest graphics possible and it was all good. bgmi can run at lowest graphics.but

you can never find this type of facilities in any other branded phone with this price or under this price mi brand is best smartphone brand in the world and one or more advantage to use mi phone is it's own miui os that is fully customisable you can never fine this type of ui in any other brand

Review after 3yr I still using it display,battery and processor good fingerprint little bit slow

This device is one of the best I've handled (this statement is subjective as I have not used many devices in my lifetime---lol) however I have issues with the auto brightness. It doesn't function properly and most times I would have to manually adjust screen brightness before I can see my screen. It appears to be a software issue and I hope the new OS would resolve this. Also, it is sad that I am limited to 32gb ROM as I love devices with massive ROM (I know you're asking why the hell I bought it right - :P). It is my first Xiaomi phone. So I bought this to test the device durability and if I would love it...and I must say, I love every bit of the device. Overall, it's a great device. Keep it up...

Mi note 3 is a good mobile it has decent features like finger print scanner and more. processing, display, camera all are good. And I seen this is a soft back cover does it protects in slippery situations, Why because my previous mobile got crashed slipping from hand, So I'm don't want to do that again but i'm more fascinated about this. Can i go for this cover or try on other. Can i get like this transparent covers with more protection anywhere else like amazon or flipkart.

NICE PHONE but has certain problems like bad sound quality, no settings in contacts to filter contact with numbers only , radio takes only 3 stations, gallery all messed up. but very good battery back up

Hi, I have recently purchased this phone and I am really happy. I can control my set-top box, LED TV also. Good camera. Storage sufficient, RAM no problem bcoz I am not a game savvy. Camera options not visible under day light. Partly blurr option offers square or rectangle portion of the screen and not the exact face of a person.
