  MI Protect insurance company oneassist.in is a fraud company they have N reason to dis approve your claim! For example they can say you since you have kept in Jacket pocket when incident happen, so it was not proper handling of phone. Or since you did not intimate us withing 48 hours so we will not admit your claim!
