One of the latest audio products from Xiaomi is the Mi Outdoor Bluetooth Speaker, which was launched in India in February for Rs. 1,399.

The Xiaomi Mi Outdoor Bluetooth Speaker is a compact, affordable option that gets the basics right. The speaker has a single 5W speaker driver, is loud, and sounds decent even at the highest volume. It even looks good, with a fabric cover at the top, and rubber sides. As the name suggests, the speaker is suited for outdoor use, thanks to the IPX5 water resistance. The Mi Outdoor Bluetooth speaker can therefore safely take more than a few splashes.
Charging is through a Micro-USB port, and there's also 3.5mm connectivity for wired listening. For wireless sound, there's Bluetooth 5.0, with support for the SBC Bluetooth codec. The speaker is among the best affordable options there is, offering good sound quality and excellent design.
