AFFORDABLE AND USABLE

I'm using this device for 3 months now and I'm profound satisfied with it. Except for Pictures Import and Export devices which not working well to my Dell Laptop with Microsoft 10 Program. I tried many ways but still cannot download the pictures I had in my Mi-3... what to do?
