Wickedleak having very crap service and customer care, they people don't know how to handle customer. My friend given mobile to repair in their Chembur (Mumbai service center) and he didn't get mobile yet. Every time these people giving new answers.

I bought a wammy neo mobile by wickedleak and recived the device on 23rd june at arnd 8:00 pm the device was in working conditiona nd i started using the device. the back panel of the device has some sticky material on it so i cleaned it with a damp cloth and when i was cleaning it the company logo started coming off which completely came off while cleaning. i complained bout the same to the company next day but they said if u have done we cant do nything. i was also facing a touch problem on the phone from day 1 but i thought tht might be cause of change of phone. even after 3 days same problem was there so complained on the customer care they told me send a video showing the problem i mailed them the same on thursday and i was told the mail has been received and will b resolved in 24-48 hrs . since i have not recieved and mail to response till monday i called them to know what next should i do. the cusomer care exec harshita said to me they will arrange for a pick up and the device to be send them for check and they will replace the handset and then she transferred my call to richi her senior he then told me in a clear way that we can arrange for a pickup and we will b repairing your device and sending u back since i have "tempered" with the device and they cant replace even if it is faulty. tempered being said for the name from the back cover which was removed cause of my cleaning. kindly help me get a replacement cause any company in the world replaces a faulty device in 7-10 days of usage. hoping for a fast resolve of the case

This phone feels like you are holding a very premium phone in your hand. Awesome feel. After using it for last 8 months, I can say this is the best you can get below Rs. 15000/-. So, here are some useful points for new buyers: 1) Display: Awesome, crisp, clear, vivid and beautiful. 2) Speed and performance: Zero lag, lightening fast. Pure Android experience as expected from & by Google. After the kitkat update, the performance is much better as kitkat is optimized for 512 mb RAM phones. So, 2GB is JUST AWESOME! Battery performs really well, goes for 1.5-2 days on one full charge with nominal usage. With heavy 3G usage, it goes for 1 day+. 3) Call quality: No issues! Clean and clear! 4) Build quality: just great, design is awesome. Its a joy holding this phone in your hand. Corning Gorilla glass 3 and water repellent coating makes the phone life proof. 5) Camera: In this department, the phone is behind other phones which have 13MP cameras. But still, for a 5MP camera, it takes good photos in day light. and also in night light as well 6)Storage: 8GB version gives you 4.5xx GB for use, I feel its good enough for me. Also you may connect an USB/pen drive using the micro usb cable and watch movies/listen to songs. It works on kitkat also without any paid software, you just need a file manager (free).

Be very careful before buying wicked leak phones.I purchased tita wammy 4 mobile in may-18 .I am having following issues.1. severe heating especially at earpiece area while using due to it i cant place it on my ears for calling.2. very low battery back up not even one day3.now the device has became very slow 4. centre button is not working poerly5. I contacted customer care and they told me to sent the phone and I sent to them they simply returned the phone without doing anything even not changing the battery.Then I mailed them regarding battery issues and the reply I got was 11 hours battery back up is normal. Now the charging port is not working properly Still the phone gets heated very badly and I cant place on my ear after using 3g for some time. I lost my 15000 rs very bad experience

Wickedleak is worst mobile company ....I purchased Wammy titan 3 octa phone .I received phone with faulty Micro SD card support ,sent for replacement.. again received faulty mobile which Power button and center button is not working....Again sent ,they again sent faulty device with No GPS hardware and Bluetooth problem. with pirated Kitkat ..which is also not working properly ......showing google keyboard problem....,hanging ,poor camera quality...too much heating....frequent shutdown ...TOO much hanging even they are saying octa core....third class battery.....Also they have not refunding courier charges i had paid to send my mobile there....Please don't purchase any mobile from this company ..also convey message to all your friend circle...I have all call recording and mail ...i can share to any body and news channel or newspaper...and forum.......

wickedleak wammy neo is more than worth for its value actually nice design, good looking smart phone 1.7 Octa core 2 GB ram its rare in its price range please note its still an unknown smartphone to many in india
