�Deliver yesterday. For installation less than 6 hrs arrived at home after calling today morning. Good delivery also demo and install good.very less noise .you can't hear it other room. Buy with exchange offer whirlpool to whirlpool 10 yrs using no problems faced.

it is an awesome washing machine it is having colours 15 option and it's one of its greatest feature is that it uses Steam to kill the germs present in and keep the clothes fresh up to 6 hours

this machine has performed well and it can be safely stated SO FAR SO GOOD. we have used fully automatic front loading machines since 1983 (Phillips and Siemens) and WHIRLPOOL machine is much superior. large number of programs and super quietness , even in the spin mode, make this machine a very good BUY.

Product not not delivery not given due to damaged

Damaged product,

It?s been one and half month after the delivery and installation, the product has been used only once or twice. The product isn?t working at all. The service center guy from Whirlpool says he is new to the product and makes irrelevant statements. Call center guys have been promising to send over the senior servicing guy from past one week and no response till date. Not even responding to replacement too. Worst product and worst servicing

This is the worst product. Within one year of use and it got rust all over the body. Never faced such issue with other brands. Don't buy whirlpool products

Machine got repair within 3 months. Raised service request at customer care toll free number on 18/01/2020. After one week technician came and told pump is fault and has to be replaced. Till Now (11/02/2020 ) they didn't rectified. Repeatedly contacted customer service. No use. Waste of money and our energy. Don't buy.

Worst product dont buy it within 02 day machine automatically hanged and locked when service executive of whirlpool visit he says some part is to be changed for proper working.later i called amazon to replace the defective machine but amazon too return instead of replace i spend almost ₹4500 for installation whixh gone waste

High on when drying machine is shaking like anything

Received a damaged product. The model was also 7kg in place of 8kg.

Product delivered on MONDAY, and it's Thursday now, Installation & demo not done yet.
