Excellent product best for 4 to member family Flipkart Delivered on time as scheduled and installation&Demo is also done by whirlpool on their given time AM very much satisfied customer of Flipkart since 4yrars bought lot of products approax 3 lacs spent on different products found Flipkart always good except one time and 1 product I purchased was found bad quality that's Flipkart brand steam iron not working not even returned due to 10days replacement was delayed

Value for Money machine. Machine is made in Europe and has very classy design and features. Flipkart delivered it a day later than expected by Date, but the installation was done very next day in the morning. Completely satisfied with the machine. Synthetic clothes washed with 1400 rpm spin literally come out dry. The machine makes little noise during it's operation and spin. Machine takes the same amount of time which is calculated at the start of the process, perhaps lesser. Make sure to add correct amount of detergent. If extra detergent is added, then machine will run longer(depending on extra detergent) , in order to eliminate the extra detergent, (which is not the fault of machine since in order to start the spin, the detergent and the foam needs to be eliminated.)

I can give 5 star to Flipkart and Whirlpool as the performance of this machine is very good so far with less noise and less vibration. Although I ordered this product at my native place (Shirpur-Maharashtra),It was delivered before expected time, and flipkart arranged the installation/Demo in next 3 days.

worst product i ever seen now bought another one that also not working don't go with whirlpool machine.

There are multiple issues I have been facing with this product. 1. Installation process was delayed and very bad. Technician came home for installation after multiple escalation 2. This product is defective. 3. Washing machine started moving around when it started spinning. Lotta noise in the whole process. 4. I have been asking help for uninstallation and replacement/return. It has taken more than a month to proceed this process. Very disappointing response from the seller and as well as from the flip kart as I had to explain the whole process every time I called flipkart customer executive. Multiple complaints raised against this product which was certified by the seller that it's a defective piece. Haven't got the response for return process and refund for the same. It been more than 2 months i spend avg 40 mins to explain my issue with flipkart CSR, no help.

Never buy this product.. I bought this from showroom an year back and the product front side is fully rust affected water leakage from front side. When I called the service guy, he is saying that warranty will not cover the rust and all... see pics attached
