Very bad service , Frequent complaints in different machines.

Very good product.

Excellent machine, easy to understand, water pipe needs to be purchased as default water pipe which comes with machine is not compatible with Indian water taps, servicing is advised every two months which will cost few bucks (scalegone powder pouch approx 100 rs per month) other than that it has all the programs one will need by default, low noise, power saving, build quality and design is awsome and strong. Much satisfied

Don't go with this washing machine .nor any other front loading models with Whirlpool .I bought a similar one (Freshcare) and from day 1 it never worked .and their technician who came for demo never cared about the demo,but he is focused only in selling some more worthless junk like an external filter(2000 rs),descaling agent etc. I raised for an refund(CN0318012532) and they promised a refund within 45 days of complaint raised.Its been 1 month and when I asked the guy who promised he pointed to another guy who is Udahya Raja (Whirlpool deputy manager chennai) and after multiple follow ups with him he is saying today(12/04/2018) it will take 45 days from today as it came to his approval only yesterday.He also won't send an confirmation email.when I asked how can I be sure you will refund in next 45 days ,he asks me to come to his office have a good look at his face and if my refund not arrived in 45 days I need to go and catch his collar.I don't understand what made him to say that,isn't it asking for a confirmation email a normal one.I never got such an response from any of the companies. Its been 1 month now and the Whirpool Fresh care washing machine sitting in my bathroom with no use and locking my 30K hard earned money .I feel stupid to buy this WM without doing a proper research ,So my advice for any prospective buyers is 'stay away'.heard good reviews about Bosch.I'm planning to go for it once I got the refund and get rid of this useless piece of junk
