delivery very fast. But installation is very delayed by whirlpool. Product is good .Buy at very low price on flipcart.

As usual superb delivery within expected time. packing,delivery every thing was perfect back to washing machine it was superb performance wise from local buyer ill get it for 22k but from flipkart it just nly for 17k with exchange offer... thank u flipkart for this and keep doing great job superb

I bought this product primarily because, I can use this even when I have less water. We are in Hyderabad and there is a perenial water problem. This washing machine has programs which you can select so that it behaves like a semi automatic one and does a clean wash with less water. The power consumption is also very less.

The washing machine was delivered as scheduled and the delivery people took back my old washing machine as arranged. The installation and demo also went without a hitch, although the demo personnel tried to sell some Whirlpool products and I fended off their attempts. I am using the washing machine since then. It has very good looks and the usual program settings. Performance is okay. But the build quality is not very good and some of the plastic panels etc. look quite brittle. My earlier Whirlpool washing machine, which I exchanged, was 12 years old and its still working. I wonder if this one would last as long!

Good washing machine. takes less water. wash strains but it makes lots of sound so beware of getting daily calls from your neighbour.

Very good product as described by site. Delivered on time. works very well. As others r saying that making vibrations n noise too much but using since 2 mnths n dint face such problem yet. Yes.. Recommending this product.. just go for it.

The Flipkart delivery was as always on time and I was very well informed of it. Would have definitely have given it a 5 if not for the experience thereafter. The Whirlpool service staff who came for the installation and demo was more intent on selling me accesories. He kept trying to sell me a self cleaning powder which cost around 3-5k for 20 sachets that covers a year. He did successfully manage to sell me an extra water filter for the water line. I have not read or heard of these practices and was quite annoyed by the time he finally left. Please be vary of these practices in case you go for this product.

this is very good for small family........... i have wrong purchase as my requirement its working fine with two three people in a family............ no heater in this model this is disadvantage............ thanks ashok

its more than a month and i use more than ones each day.most irritating problem is vibrations like some demolition going on by the machine."self balancing" feature if cloths are distributed un evenly is very poor. during the spin you have to be infront of machine and if too much vibrations then you have to distribute cloths evenly else i am sure your neighbors will come home asking whats that sound. it happend to me. * i have tried all options like with stand without stand. no doubt your machine come walking or rolling to living room from utility space during spin if you put on machine and forget it. its needs monitoring

This model has a high rpm, hence, the machines tends to skid / move while in operation. Plus the model I got had a fault(it had a leaky drain pipe), which was later fixed. Overall not satisfied with the experience and the product

Excessive noise during spin forcing to stop the machine. Tech visit after a week of registering with whirlpool customer care (registered on 2 Nov 2014 tech visit 9 Nov 2014). I was told that the drum supporting structure has been damaged during transport and the part will be replaced to correct the issue. The second tech supposed to change the part visits and states that the issue needs a different spare and promises to return the same day with the alternative spare. After several hours when I contacted him on mobile I am informed that the spare is not available and will be replaced after 2 days. Have registered with flip kart for returning the item and they have promised a fresh tech visit to look in to the issue. Waiting for their response.

Received washing machine that shakes,bounce and vibrate as well as becomes uncontrollable while in spin process and makes too much noise. If you buying this product please keep in mind it is non refundable only replaceable. I applied for product return and after 10 days my request is yet not fulfilled. I am totally dissatisfied with flipkart return services they only assure you and keep you waiting. I am not expecting this from flipkart hugely disappointed.

Please do not buy thus machine. It's not even three months and the drum of the machine hits the walls while spinning. Neither dirt is removed properly. I previously had IFB front load but changed it to top loading one. Its pathetic after the third use itself and takes too much time as against what is indicated.

Every month washing machine stops working. And then I raise a complaint and it is get fixed in 2-3 days average. Some time it also took a week or more. And till then we are helpless. Feeling like wasted my complete money in this.

i brought this product one and half year ago , i had to replace the motherboard twice!!! each will cost you 3000 bucks. cons: 1]faulty electrical design 2] weak rotating tub(low quality) 3] too costly 4] not user friendly interface 5]official mentioned max load is 7.5 kgs but the motherboard burns up when load is as low as 4 kgs just go for bosch or IFB or samsung,
