i bought this refrigerator after taking into consideration the competition in the form of LG SAMSUNG & BOSCH. IN THE END I THINK i made the correct decision, installation and demo was done before the expectation. super product, super service from the whirlpool and super delivery from AMAZON.

Nice product for a family of 5. Massive storage, good quality plates, nice appearance, and a sturdy body.

Product is good but sometimes some sound is coming from freezer like water flowing. Not sure if it's an issue with the product, will call whirlpool to check it out. Otherwise good product at this price. Great delivery by Amazon in one day.

There was a big dent that was concealed using a serial number sticker.Not worth buying online.. Better check and buy item from a store

Since purchase, in the last 5 months, the product keeps frosting the freezer, stopping the fan and stopping all cooling to the lower main section. Despite repeated calls and fixes still do not know the issue and keeps occurring every month. Support parts are tough to get (lockdowns may not have helped) and followup is constantly need to get the issue closed. Not happy at all.

 Refrigerator looks good and it has huge storage capability. Problem is compressor vibration noise which is very irritating. I never expected this after spending 48k.
