Looking a good refrigerator. Convertible freezer and Inverter technology is really good feature. Also there is enough space for storage. Good for 4-5 members of family not for biger family.

3 weeks after buying its board complaint. Customer care representative easily told me Replacement or repair takes more than 45 days.

We have been following up with whirlpool for last three months. They never reply back and close the complain without any acknowledgment. There is no transparency .Only technician and customer support people handle requests. They do not have any esclation policy. They simply reply back that you did a mistake buying it from Amazon now we cannot help with online purachase. We already have waranty on our product for 1 year but that is of no use.
