Very good Fridge, everyone liked it. However, the plastic quality was bit of concern, we were afraid it can break soon. But the fridge had a big dent, so we had to return it. If no dent we would have used it, but when we returned, the price was increased so had to go for Bosch 350 L.

Worst product, not working from day 1 and add to it whirlpool's customer service are not replying to my replacement request. Plz do not buy this product its not worth it.

Frizer is not working properly,even on Max( high) setting,items kept like ice cream,shrikand etc r not getting hard even after24 hours trial.My old worlpool 240 lit is working better after 8 years also.I wanted 3 door fridge but totally unsatisfied.I contacted customer care they weretalking roodly n kept me on hold for 15 mmain approx after that Mr shaikh gave list how much I have to pay if this n that .even after saying I purchased it 3 day back only.but hi says policy he.I. m fed up with all this n m returning the fridge.as my money is really hard earned.company tecnisian came n took 2 hours to measure temp etc.( which is actually not correct procedure as m IIT engineer,I disscussd with their seniors but of no use .freezer temp after25 min showing 12.9 celcious actually should be -20 celcious .faulty fridge.secondly person who came was not having proper I card,actually he was water filter mechanic which he agreed later.contacted min 12 times with diff people from worlpool but no use.so decided to return.if amezon can arrange talk with director or tech director I can tel n explain the flows in worlpool so that they won't fool Indian public.I m going to send this letter with full details to our beloved prime minister to start proper action .

Packing was very bad... which lead to damage of the refrigerator interior... already written feedback to Whirpool delivery slip... however no call received from Whirlpool...having issue with top freezer...water droplet ice forming... want a replacement immediately. Purchased on 20th Sep... got delivery on 24th Sep... but not able to return in app... on 3th Sep... Amazon guys please call.

My best suggestion to all is don't buy any electrical goods like Ac, refrigerator because they always send defective products. I brought Ac,fridge both are defective.the fault is seller.
