Whirlpool 245 L 2 Star Frost-Free Double Door Product met all of our usage expectations and was delivered on time. This was a gift for my wife. Only the color we ordered for new Whirlpool Fridge was Maroon color but we got Silver color delivered. I checked with my wife and she was perfectly fine as we did want to worry about anything else later. Also we called the Whirlpool demo representative and he also came next day for letting us know on do's and don'ts. Thanks for ensuring safe delivery and good product performance as well for last 1 month usage.

Timer is not working after one year, service is worst. Seems timer cost 4000/-. Waste product.

When I received the product it was damaged , there is a notch on the side on the metal body. When we just touch the place where there is a damage , it gives shock.

The whirlpool installation could not be completed as failed to arrive.Poor servicePromises ment to be broken
