I have given '1'star not for quality of the product but for horrible 'after sales service' by both Whirpool and Flipkart. I have been waiting eagerly for installation of the AC but I have got massages that my installation was cancelled. May I know why? If you cancel installation like this without even bothering to call the customer. I doubt that I will ever buy any thing that costly from flipkart. Similar massages sent by Whirpool Service to my Mobile also. For last 11 days I have been regretted hundred times for buying the AC from Flipkart rather than a local store, since Whirpool service center at Jorhat told me if I install it, by other local technician, warranty will be void. I am very disappointed.
