This machine is excellent makes life easy

Have been using the washing machine for a month now. It's just wonderful and easy to use.It requires lot of water to wash and rinse. The clothes come out clean and fresh👌🤩The capacity 12 kgs is for a big family with appox 7 to 8 members. It's bulky and requires a lot of space.

product is good, but service from whirlpool is worst. I got delivered by 4th June but till date, no one came for installation. I did call so many times but no one came. This is the last time I am trying after that I will return this product because this service I was not expecting from the whirlpool.

Ab warrenty extend karvani padi hai or steplizer bhi kharidna pada hai.koi bhi pure india mai is company ki machine na kharede. Hume ek machine or purchase kari hai 2.5 sal mai.or isee badi problem kya hogi.machine aaj bhi kharb hai.or whirlpool kehti hai kiReliance digital se purchase kari hai to service bhi wahi degi.koi sabhi is company se door rahe .

Worst washing machine..lint and washing powder accumlation on clothes ..clithes even get tear in it..dont buy this washing machine ..

The pcb gets damaged once every few months and the spare parts are in short supply. Dont buy it

Dont buy. JUST DONT BUY. Spare parts are not available of this machine.I have it. Its not working from 3 months.Service is worst. They dont repair neither do they replace.Worst Brand in service department.

This machine take very long time to clean.Even in lowest express mode which is 38min approx , it actually takes minimum 1.5 hrs. Other machines like IFB have 15 min actual express cycle which this machine doesn't. Also , actual time taken is always more than the display . MANUAL says that time displayed doesn't take water fill time into account. Strongly recommend not to buy.
