Awesome product with free installation. This product is working awesomely well. This is working far better than 5 star whirlpool 2 ton ac. Cooling is superb. I have a large dining area which is getting cooled up in just 10 minutes and then we shut ac because it?s get cooled up so quickly.I dislike what people have reviews about this because to me this is a perfect ac and delivered perfectly by Amazon no issues. Brand is whirlpool, don?t even think of second thought just go for it. I have now 4 whirlpool ac for which are working since 5 years and not even serviced once for gas refilling, such is durability of whirlpool. Less maintenance ac. I would request all to ignore below comments and purchase this without any worries.

The AC does the job. no problems as such. It includes the remote too, which is not mentioned in the product description.

Very nice air conditioner. Bought this for 23500 with free installation. Chills 2 11x12 rooms even at 27 degrees. Eer rating is also good. Go for it.

Superb Ac...gives polar like cooling... You'll have to purchase this if you really want to experience the Arctic cooling..it's cooling will make your summer days go relaxed... Moreover a value for money product delivered by flip kart within 2 days ...:) thanks flip kart.!!

There was a slight disorientation of the outer cover that made it difficult to take ac out of its case.otherwise it is a very good product

"I am very much dissatisfied for 1. the delivery man forced me to make payment Rs. 28989.00) by cash as he reported the money can not be taken from my SBI debit card (SBI gold corporate salary Mastercard) by his machine, though I informed him to bring facilities for that. The same card was used for withdrawing money from ATM. 2.The person came to me for installation of the AC took Rs.2400.00 as the cost of items, though full electrical wiring was previously present for connection of it. In Kolkata, a total of Rs. 2500.00 is the consolidated charge of complete installation and other related works for ACs. Then what facility has been given to me in the name of FREE INSTALLATION ?"

Overall good but remote is not having any led screen so you can't see any functions on the remote panel.

Installation representative was inefficient, came without carrying required tools.

Found the cooling coil a little damaged as seen in the pictures

April 22: ordered the product April 24: product delivered. Thanks to flipkart delivery partner that the product was delivered so quick. And in fact, the 2 star point earned is because of the delivery time, otherwise I would have given a 1 star, (wishing for a 0 star) April 24 evening: called flipkart to inform the delivery is complete, and requested for installation. Flipart acknowledged and initiated the request. Also, I was informed that the installation would take 2-5 business days (which is okay) April 25: called flipkart again to check the status. Was informed that the request has already been initiated and should wait for 2 to 5 business days. April 26: called whirlpool customer care to check on the status, and guess what, no request received from flipkart or any other sites (vendors?) for my registered number. I was surprised that a brand as reputed as Flipkart was toying around with customers. Anyway, made the request for installation directly to whirlpool. I was told that I would receive the request no. in my mobile in next 30 mins (which I didn't), and the technician would call me in next 1 hour (which he didn't) and the installation would happen in the next 24 hours (which didn't happen either) April 29: writing this review, hoping that tomorrow would be different. That the last day of April would bring me the long awaited comfort of my beloved purchase. And also wondering if things would have been different if it was Voltas, or Carrier, instead of Whirlpool, and also if Amazon would have been a different experience (just to add a bit, I usually purchase through Amazon and my experience so far has been nothing less than Amazing, just thought of "Flipkarting" for a change, but apparently, I made a mistake)

Installation still pending. commitment was for 2 days after delivery. Again & again confirming about the installation from Flipkart but no positive result. Free return date date is approaching. Not sure this is trick or something.
