Nice product from Whirlpool as I always expect from Amazon.It will suitable for small bed room and cooling is so good.Indoor as well as Outdoor unit is also small as it is a 1 ton AC.Remote has built-in temperature sensor that is a very good feature for temperature control in room.Delivered so fast with secured sealed package. Installation was provided by Whirlpool within a day.I definitely recommend this AC if you have samll room and small budget.

The AC works great! Cools the room down in minutes. Perfect for a standard bedroom size. Had a few issues with installation but Whirlpool and Amazon were very prompt in resolving these issues. Very impressed with the resolution time of Whirlpool Customer Care. They got the outdoor unit reinstalled the very next day. I will definitely buy Whirlpool products in the future.

Excellent product. Installation done in the same day. 499+850 (for brackets) installation charges. Very neat and clean work. Even the room was also cleaned by installation guys.
