This product is good and cooling is awesome but bit noisy. Service of worlpool is also not so good as post installation of this AC the water leakage is still there even if we raised complaint for it.

Im giving this review on behalf of installation work quality. They left the power terminal cover open. That may be cause of serious damage during rain.

Didn?t like the whirlpool service no one has contacted from Sunday regarding installation . Can you please help with that ?

Product is faulty and is not working. Post installation and working for 2-3 days AC is getting off after 2-3 min and just hangs. Even it is admitted by whirlpool engineer that this new item bought is faulty in Whirlpool service number DL1019004290. I want AC to be fully replaced rather than only replacing faulty part in new AC. Need support from Amazon for same.
