Very good product and service from both amazon and whirlpool.

Though i was double minded when reading views of the other buyers like how they paid the installation charges despite when installation is for free and how much time it took for installation.... but fortunately i ordered yesterday got the product next day by noon and instantly got the call from whirlpool for installation. The engineer came within 2hrs and set up everything within few hours... n I paid no charges for installation....thanks amazon!!!

This AC cooling so fast it takes only few minutes and room get cold easily. Worth buying this product. But please make sure about the installation it cost extra for other installation products.

Good Cooling and Nice product from Whirlpool. Great service and delivery from Amazon. However few negative points for Whirlpool installation. No 3 Pin plug. Installation service from any vendor is always worse, whirlpool being a better lot. However the product, quality, customer service from Amazon and Whirlpool is best. This review is after 1 week of usage.

The technician connected the AC without giving earthing requirements. Luckily my family electrician who came to see the connection found the error and rectified it, saved from big loss.

Nice product but you have to purchase voltage stabilizer as well suggested by the employee who came to install the AC from whirlpool and it is bit tricky to install as it is totally depends on Ur room structure like we need extra copper wire thing and it takes 2 to 3 hours to fit.....

It is really a good item to cool the 400 sq ft room within 15 minutes....
