Very good product at a reasonable price. Using it for last 15 days. Chills the room (150 sq. feet) with in 10 mins. Consuming the same current as been claimed by the whirpool (5.5 amp. tested by my electrician)& once again amazon proved its name by delivering it on the next day of order.

Good that i purchased online. Had to purchase Stabilizer separately.........which should be part of the product.

AC was good..it was able to cool perfectly...but after an year it used to do a pathetic sound when the compersor used to stop...its was really horrible...but note it was purchased during 2006..so may be that pathetic sound being corrected with newer model..

Working excellent...using just 15days now...but get dented product ..bad packing....

The product is good but the service by concerned company is worst. Firstly nobody contacted me for installation and I had to make many calls to get connected. Secondly I was offered to install it for Rs. 200 but the service guy asked for Rs. 750 to install and another 750 to remove my old AC. Just irritating services from Whirpool. Go for it if only you have some known service guys

AC is fine for 11*11 sq ft room size if you keep running on 16 degree, ideally 1.5 ton AC will do same effect on 25 degree.AC is economical and enery efficient.AC is very noisy and Remote does not have display and quality of remote is very cheap. plus point is only energy saver, better to go with hitachi 1.1 ton in this range

Makes noise and cooling is also not as per capacity.Whirlpool's service are very poor.

The cooling is not upto mark as mentioned.Also it consumes more power

One of the worst products I have ever purchased online. Seller was good till the time of delivery. But when I complained about the defective Piece delivered to me, no one replied back. I sent them mails, telephonic reminders but all in vain. Called 2-3. Times still installation is not completed no heed to query raised .. six days since shipment arrived and still installation pending...this is pathetic

Pathetic service from whirlpool...AC delivered timely but lying without installation for past 7 days...despite no. of repetitive complaints,still whirlpool unable to manage service for installation...

This ac can't even maintain temp in small room.I am very much dissatisfied with this product which also affected this company's image as well for me.

We have received the AC but the hooks of front cover of the ac is broken. We did not opened the packages. The technician opened it and installed without inform us about this defect.Can we get the solution for this?

As soon as it was installed the switch was put on but the motor refuses to move. With lot of apprehension I booked this after reading the reviews. My apprehension turned to be a nightmare. Have applied for a replacement which is also a cumbersome and time consuming process.
