Realme has quietly launched two new budget 5G smartphones - Realme V50 and V50s.
Both models come with the exact same specifications. While the V50 is a carrier variant, the costlier V50s is an unlocked version.
The Realme V50 series sports a 6.72-inch hole-punch FHD+ LCD display, which supports a 120Hz refresh rate and has a peak brightness level of 680 nits.
They run on Android 13-based Realme UI 4.0 and are powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6100 Plus chipset.
The dual-camera setup on the back contains a 13MP primary sensor and an unspecified secondary sensor, while there's an 8MP front camera.
It has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and all basic connectivity options.
The Realme V50 series comes with a 5,000mAh battery.
The starting prices of the 6GB + 128GB variants of the V50 and V50s are 1,199 CNY and 1,499 CNY, respectively.
