Everything in the cockpit is alive
It is one of the most comprehensive simulators out there, so almost every button you see in the cockpit has a function and can be used. You can micromanage every single aspect of flying.

Graphics
FS 2020 is by far one of the best looking simulators to have come out in 2020. Everything, be it aircrafts, water, or even the density of clouds have been redone to resemble the real world as much as possible.

Live weather
Yep, FS 2020 actually projects live weather. Some players have even flown on top of live hurricanes and forest fires. It's not entirely accurate, but it's an awesome inclusion.

True to life world
FS 2020 offers an insane topography model. All buildings, airports, stadiums and monuments around the entire world are remodelled and look lifelike. All this because the developers have sourced the data from Bing Maps. Some players even say it's better than the real world.

Roster of aircraft
Don't expect fighter jets yet, but at the time of launch, FS 2020 comes with 20 aircraft including Airbus A320neo, Boeing 787-10 Dreamliner and the good old Cessna Caravan.

4k support
Yep, Microsoft has proved that there's a God, and that he has answered our prayers. FS 2020 has native support for 4k resolutions, so you can happily buy that mammoth three-screen sim setup you've been saving up since the last decade.
