Japanese consumer electronics company JVC has announced the launch of its latest Bluetooth speaker XS-XN226 in India. The brand, known to have car audio products in the country is now planning to expand its portfolio starting with the launch of the new Bluetooth speaker. The first portable Bluetooth speaker from JVC could be carried conveniently in the user's hand thanks to its "compact and ultra-thin design", claims the company. The JVC XS-XN226 Bluetooth speaker in India has been priced for Rs. 1,999.
The JVC XS-XN226 comes with a holder at the back of the unit for standing devices. The Bluetooth speaker houses a rubber oil coating which that provides it with a "smooth and matte" finish, apart from adding durability. The speakers, JVC says, are integrated with sound boosters to calibrate the sound. The company claims that the technology embedded in the device ensures that each tone maps a distortion-free bass foundation to the required high.
The Bluetooth speaker is fuelled by a 1000mAh lithium rechargeable battery and promises to run for five to eight hours in one go. It has a peak music power output of 5000W PMPO. Connectivity features on the JVC XS-XN226 include Bluetooth, AUX output, and TF card support output port. Notably, this device is currently available online via Flipkart and offline via retail stores like Croma.
"Receiving such a phenomenal response on our first tower speaker, we are proud to present the audience our very first Bluetooth speaker to the Indian market. With innovative and stylish features, integrated, the speaker is your perfect music companion," said Sharan Maini, Director of Business Development, JVC India.
