 
                 
            
            Consumer electronics accessories player Bingo Technologies on Wednesday launched a water-resistant (IP67-rated) smart band that is compatible with all devices featuring Android and iOS through Bluetooth 4.0 and below.
Keeping a track of user's health patterns, Bingo M2 Smart Band checks heart rate and the quality of sleep. It also sports a pedometer, calorie meter, and an acceleration sensor. It also lets users make and receive calls on the paired smartphone. SMS notifications are available for Android smartphones only. It also sports a sedentary reminder.
"The launch of our latest product, the water-proof Bingo M2 Smart Band, is in line with our strategy to roll out innovative and cutting edge products in the Indian market at an affordable price," said Abhinaya Pratap Singh, Marketing Manager, Bingo Technologies in a statement.
Priced at Rs. 999, the band sports an OLED display and a 70mAh battery capacity which when fully charged can provide a standby time of up to 300 hours. It weighs 6.9 grams.
The smart band provides protection from Ultraviolet radiation and resistance to abrasion, sweat and sebum.
The band is available on all leading e-commerce sites.
