Awesome tv..go for it

Product is do far very good but after sales service is questionable. Till now no one visited for demo .one team came for installation only and left after giving assurance that demo team will follow. Till now no one has visited nor called even once.

Picture quality superb and voice also good.very nice features.

The delivery was very soon and got the tv after 2 days of placing order,the service provider didn't hit me up we settled the tv on our own and the interface was very smooth i loved it the audio quality is not much but good the video quality was refined and great its a great tv for this price dont believe other reviews

Best colour beat performance, ND it's picture quality is also perfect..easy to navigate to prime, Netflix, easy to cast mobile, connectivity is good.. Design is awesome. Very fast installation.

Purchased VU 43" Smart TV from Amazon and I pretty impressed with everything so far right from price, delivery, service and features.1) Price- I bought this TV at a price of ₹20,000 from Amazon. I would say that this the best price for such aTV with so many features.2) Delivery- On time delivery without any chaser calls or anything. I was getting status of delivery on real time basis.3) Service/Installation- Installation guy himself called me without me calling Amazon customer care. He came on time, installed it well amd explained all features to me in detail.4) Product- Sound and Picture quality very good. You can connect bluetooth speakers as well. Response time is less than 5 secs which is fine.Overall verdict- I rate 5 stars for the product. Rated 1 star as this tv does not support voice recognition. But that's ok you can still search for your favourite songs and videos.

I have been using this TV for more than a month now & it's absolutely the best in terms of installation, Navigation ,browsing Apps, detection hotspot or broadband.Also a dedicated Hotstar button on the remote is a big plus.There is also an inbuilt App for Radio-Tune in, so gives you the additional advantage of listening to preset radio channels- both English & Hind. Crystal clear picture & great sound..,it's a real delight !!
