Good product, cooling is good and will update the exact experience after 1 month. Update 5/21/2020 Using the second summer, wheel is not working. Whenever we move this cooler wheels comes out even moving an cooler an inch. Plastic can be made much better with respect to price. Only good this desert cooler is working efficiently.

In this air cooler Volta's didn't gave air flow controller thus after some time air flow blade down automatically. At last I am using paper, stone for controlling it.

I bought the product as I was using similar product Voltas VE-D60MH air cooler which is also looks like the same product.I was very happy with my existing air cooler as it covers most of the roo if we turn on the swing option.But, the new air cooler the swing option is not up to the mark. It is not covering the room as my existing cooler does.Also, as one of the reviewer mentioned, Items is not delivered with working horizontal lauvers. I have to call Amezon and Voltas helpdesk multiple times to get that added before the reurn policy time is over. So that, if it is does work, I can return the item. Better Amezon improve this in future. I am sure Amezon doesnot disppoint its customers.Coming to the product cooling... As I said I have both this model since I am happy with my existing cooler.And Cooling wise, The cooler is doing a some what good job even though it is not covering the area as my existing cooler does.

I had a very abd experience with this cooler. Main problem with this product is that the wind directing blades tilt down and they have no stability. So all the wind basically hits on the floor. Besides, the water pumping motor stopped working within 4 days of purchase and I didn't receive castor wheels along with cooler
