Great Air con, cools my 180 sq living room within 5 minutes. The blower speed is fantastic, really powerful on max speed ideal at medium and really silent at the lowest speed. I set the thermostat temp at 29 C as it gets really cold at a lower temp, really efficient and aesthetic. Must buy for a large hall or room.

Working so far, but when it came, it was dented and fuse had blown. Took me 3 days to get a technician to service, which they did. Now it's working fine.

This product it's amazing

Nice AC. good cooling for larger halls. The AC didn't start on installation but the installation team corrected it immediately. The AC guys did not install my voltage stabilizer also bought from flipkart. Also they will insist on buying outdoor unit stand .

Product was delivered timely but due non response from instllation agency the item could not be insttalled by 7-8 days ultimately I got installed by other local technician initially the AC was not functioning and Technician checked the problem and found that Indoor Unit was faulty. He then rectified the fault and then the AC was functional.

simple disappointed because the connection is not correct the compressor's fan did not work after too much time it will work in proper way and installation take 5 hours

I'm stunned at the defective unit sold to me. It didn't cool right from the onset. After numerous technical visits by the Voltas people I'm now back and forth with Voltas customer care to get this sorted. Flipkart should pay attention to the seller and its quality. Such big machines require better return policies. With such an ordeal I'm never buying appliances from Flipkart anymore though I have had a good experience with Flipkart for other products. I do not know how long will this take to get a replacement unit and I don't see Flipkart helping me on this. My summer has been very pleasant with a dummy defective unit blowing just wind if not cool wind.

Flipkart delivered a fault product and could not send a replacement even after 1 month 9 days of original order . Every time the customer service is postponing the dates for installation, un-installation, pick of fault product and replacement product.

I got a 2 ton ac. As the unit did not fit wanted a replacement with a 1.5 ton. Which was refused. Worst experience

worst experience this time with Voltas AC really disappointed. Outer unit stopped working suddenly, after 2 days mechanic came to fix this issue but same day outer unit caught fire and AC stopped working. Really disappointed with AC and service.
