Great product, and price is also very cheap compared to market rates.

Good A/C and Good Installation

It's working fine and make room very chill specially on 10/10 room ...value for the money ... And I m happy to use it.....

Ordered on 11th, delivered on 12th morning and installation completed by 12th afternoon. That's exceptional service.Coming to the product.After using it for a day, I can say the cooling is exceptional. It is reasonably quiet, could have been quieter. But it does what it is supposed to to for the price.The only con I could find is the design. It looks like a cheap plastic piece. My earlier LG AC looked premium. Apart from that it's a good AC for the summers.

Very nice product from voltas .. Using this ac from last 7 mnth..best option for those who care about light bills.

Installation was not upto mark

We did not got any call for installation. We installed it by our personal mechanic and even outer unit's fan was not working n that mechanic needed to refit the fan then it started. Till now it is working in good condition.

The AC is not working and the your installation partner has asked us to contact Voltas.

I am not sure if it's a production issue or installation but water is released in the room.

Product is not working

Don't buy this product. I just bought it 2 years ago but it costed me more than 10000 for its maintenanceWorst product from Voltas.The service is worst. The customer care representative are quite rude.

I ordered the volts ac and this is a heck and it is useless also

Voltas is a good company , but installation is very bad , they badly damaged my 10 ft copper tube ,cut in 3 pieces and joint again. And charged heavy amount Rs 2200/- and don?t issue any bill for the same. They are non technical persons. I feel really cheated with fitting wala(not technician).
