I have been using 2 Voltas Split AC model ? Y series classic 185cy 1.5 ton with 5star rating and believe i have never faced any issues till date. The AC is almost 3 years old and till date it has been performing as expected with very good cooling efficiency. The indoor is very silent, however the outdoor unit is bit noisy but not very noisy, its just the fan sound similar to ceiling fan sound in bedroom. Cooling wise, the AC has been delivering its best without any issues. But if you have a higher budget then you can also consider Hitachi, Daikin, Carrier or Bluestar ...

It was tough decision to buy such a big home appliance from such a online way. but i am happy to have it safely and its installed perfectly. Also i need not to do anything for installation and rest of the things. its the best way to find cheapest price for any product.

Flipkart, You made it record in pathetic service with this product. AC was delivered on Sunday 29 march. They said from flipkart itlef installation request will be initiate and you will not have to follow up anyone. Its been 5 days AC is delivered and no one is coming to get it install. After doing so much follow up on mails, calls flipkart dont have any clue on whats going on. let me show you some reply from Flipkart service... AC delivered on time as promised. And its delivered in good condition. Its cooling the room perfectly in 15 min. Cooling wise, the AC has been delivering its best without any issues.

very very good 100% copper ac for 27k..dont worry go for it...quick cooling,power consumption s very low. blower air is very powerfull..call voltas customer care for fixing...otherwise u will not get warranty..

Thank you, Flipkart for the prompt delivery as per scheduled date of AC in Navi Mumbai and also installation on next day from installation partner Jeeves.The installation is not from Voltas. AC has a copper compressor. It cools fast The remote control menu is bit complicated. The remote is broad have many keys, and some of them are not active for the product as per user manual. The overall product is good at the price of 20K. one can recommend the Product

amazing service by flipkart, ordered it after noon friday and the AC is at my place by sunday morning 8AM... installed by sunday evening, too good, installation was done properly, installation guys did not look professional as everyone else said but there quality of work is good and nothing to complain...

bought it for 27k from wsretail..the package was neat and it was promptly delivered...as for ac it was nice one since many of the ac's in market doesn't hav minimum temp of 16' c in this price range...it cools down my 16*11 room in few minutes..totally happy purchase!!

Delivery & installation was superb from Flipkart. Regarding the product i am using it near about 1.5 months......vry good product. Indoor noise is very low & power consumtion is upto mark.

I haven't used the product much because weather has already become pleasant after installation. However, i have used for 01-15 days for 1-2 hours daily. So far the operation has been smooth. Price: I searched everywhere in mumbai before ordering this product. Best price that i was quoted was 10K above flipkart price. (As usual, shops will generally tell you that you wont get good service from online sellers. The truth is shops don't provide service. Shops only sell it. Service is provided by manufacturer) Service: Flipkart service is beyond comparison. Over the years i have come to trust them more than any brick and mortar shops. Delivery was on time. I had purchased this product on 20th April, 2015. Flipkart delivered the original product in good condition within 4 days. Well, the AC is performing well, the delivery & installation services from Flipkart were too good.

I had selected this model after a lot of on-line searching and this one is certainly a value for the money spent. with 1.5 ton capacity, it cools the room almost instantly and 5 star ensures lesser power consumption. The AC has a large display of temperature at the centre of the indoor component (invisible when the AC is switched off). This light almost works like a night lamp in the night (wish there were an option to switch off the display when not required!). The AC makes minimal sound and is hardly noteworthy. Even the outer unit have considerably less sound compared to other makes. Looks wise, the model is trendy with the top indoor panel lifting up a bit to give a glimpse of the maroon inside. Regarding flipkart delivery, it was delivered in time as always. The installation was done within 24 hours and work was very professional.

Value for money product... supplier is quick in service but have to install product from outside as Voltas people charge almost double then the market.

Its working good and felt worthy to spent 30 K. Very much happy on delivery with in the given time and even provided support for fixing the Unit with the local dealer without any request from my end. Thanks to flipkart.

I bought 2 numbers of Voltas 1 Ton 5 Star split AC from flipkart. I placed the order on 25th April, got it delivered on 2nd May and installation completed on 6th May. Before I placed my order, I enquired at different offline outlets such as Vijay Sales, Croma and other big showrooms. I was given misleading information by almost all of them. Flipkart also arranged the installation and those technicians told me that they used to work at Croma earlier and they knew how Croma gives wrong technical information to maximise their profit. When I enquired at Croma, they told me avoid copper tube as it is not advisable for cities located near seashore. The flipkart technicians strongly rejected this ideology and insisted that Copper tube is much more durable than aluminium tube and can be repaired ifn case of issues. Aluminium has no option but replacement. Ususally, these issues will come up after the warranty period is expired and then it becomes chargeable. I booked through flipkart App and got 2 discount offers. As a result, I paid Rs. 23,990/- for each AC and approx. Rs. 1100/- for installation. The offline cost was more than Rs. 32,000/- for similar model. I strongly suggest encourage everyone to make online shopping for AC- after duly verifying offline market cost and technical specifications. The important points are- tonnage, power consumption, star rating, copper/aluminium tube, warranty and installation charges. Once you purchase, register it immediately on the brand company's website. I faced a small problem after 1 month but flipkart did not provide any support because they have only 30 days replacement guarantee. They suggested me to inform Voltas and then Voltas sent their engineer and the issue was resolved.

It's now around 1.5 months, I have been using the AC from Voltas. Its really good and very effective for my 21 feet X 15 feet room. It cools very fast. Nice....I am enjoying it.
