Ac is excellent, but instlation team collected 300 rs extra for fitting out door unit stand.

Very nice signature product from Voltas. But Flipkart after sales support was horrible.

AC is very good. You can change tonnage to 1 ton and 2 ton(normally it is 1.5). Fast cooling. Only problem I have received during installation is mismanagement of voltas service. Otherwise happy with it.

Product good but installation charge very high

Always need to clean the filters in 5-6 days. If do not do so, water start coming into the IDU, a bad noise of fan started. The remote is working only in 2-3 meter area.

There is no problem with the product but the installation process is. The technician who visited my house was highly unprofessional and not even skilled , drilled the hole in wrong place making the wall vulnerable no intiative to correct the mistake instead found some other way (jugaad) which was also not satisfactory at all. He was just in a hurry to complete the work and leave. No proper drilling equipment was bought by him too

Not yet installed. That person is trying to come from moning till the time. But you want me to share the rating. I left all my works and waitinf for tge AC installation. Even from flipkart nothing infirmed that how much woukd be the charges for complete installation. You mention something and there are so many other things we need tobuy for tge installation.... How you mentioned that AC installed.
