  Very good product with superb service support from company..there is nothing like star rating specified..using it for more than 1 year for about approx. 16 hours a day & approx. Rs.1000-1200 hike in monthly electricity bill

• NICE AC BUT BAD INSTALLATION

  AC ARRIVED AHEAD OF TIME SCHEDULE. IT WAS INSTALLED BY VOLTAS THE NEXT DAY.AFTER THE INSTALLATION PARTY LEFT,I FOUND THAT THEY HAD BROKEN THE DRAIN PLUG WHILE INSTALLING IT.VOLTAS SHOULD DEPUTE TRUSTED AND DEDICATED WORKERS/TECHNICIANS FOR INSTALLATION JOB. THE ONOUS ULTIMATELY FALLS ON AMAZON WHO ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IT.I CANNOT GET THE DRAIN PLUG OF THE SIZE IN THE MARKET.

  Voltas has deputed installation team from M/s MINS BUSINESSSOLUTION PVT LTD. Installation team was very rude. They did a very shabby work. no Demo was made. Overall service is poor. V K JAIN
