Brilliant cooling..The only bad thing I guess is the size of the remote. Unnecessarily huge.

Product is v goodHow ever service/ installation technician does not use proper tool and insulation tape on ac pipes and drilling of wall hole and finally drooled holes does not blancked by using cement they left open despite paying full installation charges

AC was delivered on 6th June 2018 It was installed on 13th June 2018. While on swing it was giving noise, the person who installed tried to stop the noise, momentarily it stopped. Again I lodged a complaint with the manufacturer VOLTAS. On 17TH June engineer came to correct and the noise stopped. Again noise started. Engineer again visited and reported that some part INDOOR BLOWER BUSH is creating problem.He did not have stock of the part and we had to sleep in noise.We want VOLTAS AND Amazon to replace the defective unit supplied to me,

Installated by Voltas team and water leakage started within 2 days. After 1 week gas leaked due to bad Installation as per there service team. Now again 2nd time gas leaked. Fed up with this product
