Superb quality... 100% value of money..

I purchased this AC during no cost EMI offer and SBI card 10% cashback. Really a good deal. Product delivered on time and the cooling was excellent. It?s cools the room immediately in 5 to 10 mins. No much noise in indoor and out door unit.The only constraint is after it get installed, within a week gas got leaked and serviced in 1 day.

I have this product and it works fine. Electricity consumption is very much of this ac. It also comes with 5 year comprehensive warranty for free on other online websites. Overall can buy this product online after comparing other products...

Got it during the summer carnival sale. Value for money. A little noisy but cools room well..conumes about an unit of electricity for each hour of operation so if you plan to run the air conditioner a lot then it would be prudent to go for more energy-efficient units. Installation by voltas representative went without any hitch. Please note the installation doesn't cover electrical wiring (which was a surprise to me though mine was a free installation). It's been 10 days since the install and I am quite happy in terms of the comfort in beating the hot and humid Chennai weather :)

Product is nice. cooling room in 3 min.Noice is created by out unit but not like cooler.

Average cooling. Got it during lightning deal with extended 5 years warranty and free installation. Go for it if u want to have "Voltas" branding and if u get a good deal on it.

Got it at effective price of inr 24100 with free installation .after a month of use I am happy to inform that it serves its purpose. Cools my room of 160 sft within 3 mins

It is a good voltas product with excellent prices. Cooling is best.

Dont buy this product...it makes lot of noise while on...even a cooler would sound less...Also, i had bought it during free installation scheme still i had to pay 1100rs for installation.Pls chk while buying from amazon and dont buy this AC

Plastic product does not look good. Looks bulky than usual. Pls check material before buying.

Forced to give one star since no option for Zero. Even after two weeks of delivery, AC is yet to be installed, despite several calls to Amazon customer service as well as to Voltas service centre. It is disheartening to live without air conditioning in this sweltering summer looking at unopened boxes. My sincere request to everyone to buy Voltas AC only if you are ok running behind their service centres.

Product is good, make noice, but installation service is very pathetic, it's not advisable to purchase this product.

Its pathetic. The AC is down for last 3 times in last 2 months. Everytime I call customer care they come and just fill the gas and say it was a gas leakage and every 10-15 days the gas leaks and the cooling is off. Running in 20 degrees also seems a normal day using fans and coolers additionally. I wrote to Voltas higher management as well Voltas@conneqtcorp.com, still no reply. I am frustrated. Amazon is also not taking any responsibility as it stopped working after 15 days. It takes 3-5 days for installation and then 5-10 days to realize that its not working as expected. This is truely not Amazon spirit or Voltas (A TATA Group) behaviour as its ethically a good company (I think). Not sure when my resolution will come....

Not happy at all . Had to followup a lot for installation . After the installation no cooling. Technician says gas leakage. New machine and gas leakage??? I have asked for another QC checked New machine but no reply as yet from Voltas. Very disappointed!!!!!

I am very unhappy. After installation gas leaked and called voltas mechanic. He charged gas. Now within 1 week of gas charging again it has leaked. There seems to be manufacturing defect. Registered my complaint. I want new unit
