Works excellent for 100 Sq ft room

I thought the product would be incapable for a medium sized bedroom. But I'm delighted to see it's cooling power.

For small room its a good product.

Overall excellent product.. you won't believe on cooling capacity of little moster.. it's wow effect for 120 sq. feet room. air conditioner is very compact and less noisy with full functional remote. Economy mode works well during night hours with less power consumption. Installation charges 750/- includes power fixation.

I stay in Thane and was unable to find a window ac of 0.75 Ton capacity at any appliance store in the city, since it is not very much in demand. But since I had to replace my old window ac, I was not in a position to go for a 1ton window ac or a split ac. Luckily found this on Amazon. The ac was delivered as per the scheduled date and old ac was picked up at the same time as I had opted for exchange scheme. (I had got the old ac removed by the local ac technician as it had to be kept in ready to hand over condition at the time of delivery). The product was delivered in original voltas packaging. Installation was carried out on the next day of delivery after follow up with Amazon customer support. I was charged total ₹1000 for installation... ₹500 for std. installation and ₹500 for carpentry work as the slot had to be made smaller to make the ac unit fit properly. Product is made in China.

Very compact and looks like a toy when compared to its 1.5 tonne big brothers. Does its job effectively nevertheless. Good value buy. Early days though as I have used it only for a couple of days now.

Voltas window air conditioner can even compete with o general or Hitachi ....i had bought bought this exact 0.75 ton little ac 12 years back and it lasted for 10 years .....ACs from LG with 1 ton don't even last 6 years for all the customer service rating they have and besides with them you realize what is noise pollution !!!!It is my pleasure to give 5 stars to Cloud tail India and Amazon after the past few orders ....lets hope you chaps continue the good work ....its like Siberian winters here in my room ...cheers!!!

The seller has a very positive attitude, the AC was delivered with broken grill behind (during delivery it seems) and seller was very patient when i made the return request, seller (someone from Delhi) was genuinely concerned, and said he can change the AC due to this but if i can get this minor fix at my end, it's better as this won't affect the machine or any feature. He mentioned it will take another week and bit hectic process but he will do it. He was genuine and correct.I got it fixed in 100 rs. and its working fine.
