this is an amazing phone with amazing mediatek processor. glass body looks heavenly.

I purchase this mobile last month. What ever they claimed in specification of this mobile was ok.except battery. They claimed that battery is of 5000 mAh & it will long last. I basically purchased this mobile for long life battery . But after using more ten 20 days battery life not as per specification. If you continiuos use inernet baterry will difuse after 6 hours.

When trying to download apps, i go to my file manager, and there it shows that i have 700MB remaining, but if i try to download an app of only 63MB, it says insufficient storage available, so what i did was get myself an SD card with a storage of 16GB, when i downloaded some apps, it all went smoothly and i still had a lot of space left on my phone, but after i downloaded another app, it once again said insufficient storage available but when i checked on my file manager, it showed that i had 12.98 GB left. Please help. Also,according to this website, there are more updated versions of vivo correct? However, if I go to system update in Settings, it says that it is the most latest version. Please help.

I have bought this phone before one month. This phone is not user friendly. Processor is slow. Back camera is not good. I will not recommend this phone to any one.

(I really liked the slide down fingerprint icon to display the notification.) But can you guys can improve it like slide left or right to move around the home screen and double tap to enable to go up,down, left and right on the same home screen page and single tab to choose an app and double tap again to enable going left and right on the home screen, and when you touch the screen it will automatically disable staying on the same home screen,and by double tap on fingerprint icon in social media (eg, instagram, Facebook, YouTube,twitter etc) to enable scoring and same control for selecting a video or a picture etc. It will be fun and cool to use the fingerprint scanner to move around the home screen,and during the time of the covid-19 it will be safe because you will be touching your mobile less. Can you guys please add this function. Hope you are doing great bye. I will be waiting patiently for the next update.

One of the worst Product. There is an issue in software as well as hardware. Shame on vivo for there product whose cost is more and having less specification. It's ok with less specification but it had bugs and at the price of 13,000 we get P22 processor. It also had a network issue and forgot about software updates. Vivo is one of the worst compney in smartphone industry. My suggestion is that don't take not only this smart phonse but also don't take any vivo smart phone only. Instead of that go with other brands like Samsung if you are taking in offline or else with other brands if u are taking in online.

Everything is perfect... Just unhappy about the camera quality. A three lens camera had high expectations, unfortunately this never gave the the blury background effect as other same range smartphones usually give.. Happy with battery life and touch sensitivity. But tough other same budget phones have lot improved features thanks this phone I bought at over 13k

After my iphone 7 crashed wanted to go for something less expensive with almost all features in a phone! Read a bit about this one & dared to go for this one! Surprisingly AWESOME!Very well built phone, pretty good display, good volume from the speaker output, surprising network reception even in low network areas (calls never got disconnected), real quick charger (unlike the one that Samsung is scamming in the M or A series phone), battery retention is very very good 1 charge can last you a good 1 n half day easily (with multiple calls, emails, Prime/Netflix offline & online streaming), definitely not a gaming phone just basic games would play without lags. Camera's are OK the rear triple camers are a gimmick, play with the settings to achieve a good photo or it looks dud, same goes with the front camera. A few forced apps that can't be installed by the vendor.Overall, a good phone, looks stylish, handy, good screen quality, add free.
