The Vivo X90 Pro is the latest Android flagship smartphone to launch in India. The company has also launched the Vivo X90 along with it. In India, the X90 Pro is positioned as the successor to the Vivo X80 Pro (Review), since it is priced upwards of Rs. 80,000. Technically, the Vivo X90 Pro+ would be the true successor to last year's X80 Pro, but Vivo hasn't announced that for other markets other than China. With the X90 Pro, Vivo is now the second smartphone brand in India to launch a phone with a 1-inch camera sensor. The Vivo X90 Pro (and the X90) are the only two smartphones in India currently to feature the flagship MediaTek Dimensity 9200 SoC.

Vivo X90 Pro The phone comes with a 120 Hz refresh rate 6.78-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 1260x2800 pixels and an aspect ratio of 20:9. Vivo X90 Pro is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 9200 processor. It comes with 12GB of RAM. The Vivo X90 Pro runs Android 13 and is powered by a 4,870mAh battery. The Vivo X90 Pro supports proprietary fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Vivo X90 Pro on the rear packs a triple camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel primary camera; a 50-megapixel camera, and a 12-megapixel camera. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 32-megapixel sensor.

The Vivo X90 Pro runs OriginOS 3 is based on Android 13 and packs 256GB of inbuilt storage. The Vivo X90 Pro measures 164.07 x 74.53 x 9.34mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 214.00 grams. It was launched in China Red, Ice Blue, and Original Black colours. It features an IP68 rating for dust and water protection.

Connectivity options on the Vivo X90 Pro include Wi-Fi, GPS, NFC, USB OTG, and USB Type-C. Sensors on the phone include accelerometer, compass/ magnetometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and in-display fingerprint sensor.
