Vivo iQoo mobile was launched in March 2019. The phone comes with a 6.41-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 1080x2340 pixels and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. Vivo iQoo is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor. It comes with 6GB of RAM. The Vivo iQoo runs Android Pie and is powered by a 4000mAh battery. The Vivo iQoo supports proprietary fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Vivo iQoo on the rear packs a 12-megapixel (f/1.79) primary camera; a 13-megapixel (f/2.4) camera, and a 2-megapixel (f/2.4) camera. It sports a 12-megapixel camera on the front for selfies with an f/2.0 aperture.

The Vivo iQoo runs FunTouch OS 9 is based on Android Pie and packs 128GB of inbuilt storage. The Vivo iQoo measures 157.69 x 75.20 x 8.51mm (height x width x thickness) .
