Samsung Galaxy A6+ is among the four smartphones the brand launched in India with an aim to capture the affordable segment with the help of its Infinity Display design. The handset is packaged in a plain white box with a simple A6+ logo in the front, along with highlight features like the Inifinity display and the dual rear cameras. Inside the box is the phone in its gold trim, some documentation, power adapter, a Micro-USB charging cable, a bundled headset, and finally the SIM eject tool.
As for our Samsung Galaxy A6+ first impressions, the phone has a metal unibody and features a big 6-inch Full-HD+ Super AMOLED display with slim borders. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 mobile platform and comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. The latter can be expanded using a microSD card of up to 256GB. There's also a 3500mAh battery inside. There's Android Oreo out of the box with Samsung's own custom UI. The A6+ has a 16-megapixel primary camera with a f/1.7 aperture and a second 5-megapixel sensor with a f/1.9 aperture. In the front, we have a 24-megapixel selfie camera with a f/1.9 aperture.
