Are you conscious about your health but don't own a smartwatch? While most smartwatches have fitness trackers that track your activities and health data, your smartphones are also capable of keeping track of your steps. Most mobile phones have an in-built step counter. This can be easily accessed by swiping right from your home screen, on to the shelf screen and selecting the settings icon on the top right corner of the display. Once opened, switch on the step counter option to displays your steps taken during the day. Remember, 10,000 steps a day keeps the doctor away!
