Google is now a major part of our daily lives, integrated in almost all things we do, be it work, travel, or searching the Internet. The search engine giant has perhaps impacted our lives more than any other technology company. But did you know that its name came about because of a misspelling? Google co-founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin took a bit of creative liberty and chose the name to represent the vast amount of information the site would index.
