Airtel Launches Payments Bank

In an attempt to tap into the over 250 million customer base on its platform, telecom giant Airtel recently rolled out the Airtel Payments Bank in partnership with Kotak Mahindra. The move is aimed at helping achieve financial inclusion of the millions of people, particularly those residing in the remote areas of the country, who still don't have a bank account.
