After using it for 1 month i would like to say that it's too good for it's price. I got it for 7K and it's worth it, got no issues till now. We use it around 7-8 times in a week and it's performing well.I called up Videocon's customer care just to confirm the warranty of this product. They told me if you're buying it from amazon you'll get the warranty for sure. :)

Product is pretty good. Ive used it earlier when i bought it with my roommate. So i knew the how it operates.Build is better than other machines in thia range. Even LG feels plasticky in front of it.This mahine will easy handle the load of a small family of 3-4 people.User experience is hood enough and accessories received with it like pipe and dryer seal is also good quality.Delivery by amazon was hood enough and in a weeks time almost i got it that too cause i had asked for a particular date out of there multiple day schedule of delivery for heavy goods. Thanks to amazon.I'm happy with my purchase of this washing machine.

Performing good as expected. Indian products are always up to mark. Since there is always scope for improvement, thats why I would rate this product with 4 Stars.

I bought this machine from a Store back in July 2012. Have been using till date without any issues so far. Clothes wash good. The spin however is not that effective and doesn't dries the clothes well. Had to contact Videocon Service once, after warranty, as rats cut the wire. Service was good as well.

I am satisfied with the product.

It's okay. For 7k it's a worth product.4 stars for on time delivery.Machine doesn't work after setting timer more than 15min. :-(

The person designing this WM should be thrown out of job. I just hate replacement or cancellation so I kept it.I like semi-automatic as I have full control over the washing -The cover on the left wide (washing side) has no hinges. You try to pull it up and the whole thing comes up. its disgusting.also, the gentle cycle is quite rough, and I make sure to put more water than needed to save the clothes from intense washing. Save yourself and buy something else.
