Been using for little over a month. Definitely would recommend this cooler. All the functioning is good but the water indicator is not that visible in low light. It would have been great if the company could make it better because often times water level is not visible and elderly people who uses it cannot tell whether it has sufficient water. An alarm indicator would be very useful if the company could provide. Other than that, I didn't face any other issues for sure and it's been good.
