Sennheiser on Thursday launched its HD 200 PRO closed-backover-ear headphones in India. The monitoring headphones have been priced at Rs. 6,490, and are available via the Sennheiser online store in the country.
The Sennheiser HD 200 PRO is based on the successful HD4x1 series, and features proprietary neodymium magnets. The company says the closed, over-ear, lightweight design offers “excellent comfort and isolation from external ambient noise”.
The company adds that the HD 200 PRO features soft ear and headband cushions for enhanced fit and comfort, beyond a 2-metre straight, single-sided tangle-free cable. It comes with a 6.3mm stereo adapter.
The Sennheiser HD 200 PRO headphones have a frequency response 20–20000Hz, an impedance of 32Ohms and a weight of 184 grams without the cable.

Sennheiser at CES 2017 launched the Sennheiser HD 1 In-Ear Wireless, HD 4.50 Wireless, and HD 4.40 Wireless. The company alongside also unveiled the new Ambeo Smart Surround earbuds with two microphones to record audio. The HD 1 In-Ear Wireless headset has been priced at $199.95 (roughly Rs. 13,500), the HD 4.50 Wireless headset has been priced at $199.95, while the HD 4.40 Wireless headset has been priced at $149.95 (roughly Rs. 10,200).
