Anker's audio brand Soundcore has expanded its portfolio of audio products by bringing a dozen of new wireless headphones and speakers. Among other offerings, there are the Soundcore Liberty Lite truly wireless earbuds that are designed as an affordable AirPods alternative at $69 (approximately Rs. 4,600) and feature the SweatGuard technology. The earbuds will go on sale in the US via Amazon starting June 18. Anker has also brought the premium active noise cancelling headphones Space NC, waterproof Bluetooth speakers Flare and Flare , and its new sports earbuds range that includes Spirit, Spirit Pro, and Spirit X.
The Soundcore Liberty Lite are the newest members in the Liberty series by Soundcore. These earbuds have Bluetooth v5.0 connectivity and come with simple pairing support. There are built-in battery packs that are touted to deliver up to 3.5 hours of wireless playtime. Also, a compact carrying case is available to provide up to 12 hours of additional playtime.
The Liberty Lite come with Soundcore's proprietary SweatGuard technology that provides protection against water, sweat, and corrosion through an impenetrable coating. The company states that the technology goes beyond the traditional waterproofing that mainly protects from an occasional rain shower.
Unlike the Liberty Lite, the Space NC are available as the new noise cancelling headphones with over-ear cushions. The headphones have 40mm dynamic drivers and include media touch controls. They are also claimed to deliver up to 20 hours of wireless playtime with noise-cancellation on a single charge and up to 50 hours of wired playtime. The Space NC will be available through Brookstone and Walmart next month at $99.99 (roughly Rs. 6,700).
For room entertainment, Anker has the Flare and Flare speakers that are IPX7-certified to allow immersion in one metre/ 3.3 feet for up to 30 minutes. The speakers have 360-degree of room-filling sound and come with a BassUp technology that is claimed to help deliver solid lows irrespective of volume levels. Further, there is an app-operated LED light at the bottom that can be transformed into different colours and patterns. The Flare particularly has a louder sound than the Flare and is claimed to offer 20 hours of playtime on a single charge.
The Soundcore Flare with a price tag of $59.99 (approximately Rs. 4,000) will go on sale via Amazon starting May 7 and will be available through Walmart from May 14. The Flare , on the other hand, will be available in August at $99.99 (around Rs. 6,700).
For customers seeking new earphone options, Anker has the entry-level Spirit earbuds with up to nine of battery life. These in-ear earbuds come at $39.99 (approximately Rs. 2,600). There are also the Spirit Pro earbuds with aptX, dual EQ, graphene drivers, and up to 10 hours of battery life at $49.99 (roughly Rs. 3,300). Besides, Anker has launched the Spirit X hook-style earbuds with dynamic 10mm audio drivers and up to 12 hours of playtime at $39.99 (around Rs. 2,600).
In coming weeks, Anker is also in plans to launch new soundbar models under its Infini series that will double as premium Bluetooth speakers. These new offerings are expected to be unveiled sometime in the coming weeks.
