Awesome brand, in fact the inventor of inverter technology, Toshiba hasn't made any real attempts to capture Indian mindsets with it's Superior products, though being extremely popular in markets like Oman, Saudi Arabia and Turkey, countries with extremely high sub tropical climates. Hope Amazon might help it so.

Ultimate product. Most of them doesn't know about Toshiba air conditioners. They are the Pioneer of heavy and light industries. I got it for knock out price with zero cost EMI. Without asking anybody,you can go for this product. It's imported from Thailand, obliviously the quality is top notch.

A super cool AC with best performance compared to all other Brands in market . Quality of the product can be felt with the outdoor unit , its solid build with least amount of noise and powerful cooling .finally Good to see compact design AC's introduced in India . Can be fitted at any place no more bulky AC's , Efficiency matters here more then the size .There is extra charge for piping and wire but these are imported AC's from Thailand and most imported AC's don't come with it . Energy saving from this AC can fetch out the cost within 1-2 months .Go for it ..

Only for brand, I have chosen this AC. But, rest all like local.Pros - You get AC and it gives good coolingCons - Toshiba will not provide anything except AC. Outdoor unit stand and extra copper wire, stabilizer- everything has to be bought separately.- No display on indoor unitI bought this AC for Rs. 33000/-. I had to pay more Rs. 5000/- during installation. This included stabilizer, wiring, installation charges. Toshiba standard installation charges in Hyderabad is Rs. 1600 not Rs. 1500/-.Earlier, Amazon used to raise the installation request as soon as AC got delivered. Now, we need to either purchase AC installation service on Amazon or We need to call on Toshiba customer service.Amazon has provided me wrong phone number. They have given me Toshiba hard disks customer support number.I have done some research to find out the Toshiba Air Conditioner phone number. 1800 3000 3545Overall experience is really not satisfactory.However, I have given 3 star because of Toshiba brand.

Good cooling

Installation service is pathetic. We need pay approx 6000 as the amazon person said all the accessories are excluded from product. Not at all value for money.

31000 unit cost + 1500 installation + 2400 for copper pipe (3 meters) + 1500 for wire (10 meters) + 600 for drain pipe ...no response/info from amazon or from Toshiba.... waste of moneythese installation people dont have any info about product (what comes in box) and ask us buy copper wire and all other accessories.think before you buy.. i have wasted my 35500 rupees on this product...

I have purchased this ac but disaapointly after installation the remote is not working twice complaint at Toshiba center no one is bothering our complaint very bad service by Toshiba centreStill we are not using ac after six days of installation

Worst product served by Amazon, interconnecting copper pipe not provided and Amazon failed to resolved the problem

Terrible experience. Their installation person comes without the tubing required to install the indoor-outdoor units and expects us to pay for it.

Bad product

Basic fittings is a must for any product. This does not come with any of those...its like a car without wheels...no pipe or wires or basic electrical accessories to connect the indoor and outdoor.I had taken the installation service also from amazon only paying Rs1500, still got to pay installation service guys additional Rs 3000. For an ac installation considering the fact both indoor and outdoor unit is across the wall Rs 4500 is too much. I would make amazon accountable clubing these products and looting customers with hidden charges

Dont buy this product... it does not come up with copper pipe...and service installation team charged for whole pipe around 7000...

Dont buy this AC. Bought last year in July and this year it dint even start. Service is total fraud, always promise but never show up. Go for an established market leader if you want a peaceful summer.
